Ciao! I am Luca Bianchi from Milan, Italy. I truly appreciate a hotel that offers conveniences like a vibrant bar/lounge area, a cozy coffee shop, and a children's play area. The establishment I stayed at in Lisbon perfectly encompassed all these elements and more. The room was surprisingly spacious and well-organized, with separate spaces for adults and children. The staff went above and beyond to assist me, from holding onto my luggage when it arrived late to recommending local attractions. The location was fantastic, just a short stroll from the metro station and surrounded by charming cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and the amenities like free Wi-Fi and abundant toiletries added to the comfort of my stay.
